1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All states across India

  • International destinations (shipping charges & delivery timelines vary)

2. Shipping Charges (India)

  • Flat Shipping Charge: ₹150 across India

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹10,000

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of returns, delivery refusal, or failed delivery due to incorrect address details.

3. Delivery Timeline

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: 3–4 business days

  • Rest of India: 6–8 business days

  • International Orders: 15–30 days (varies by destination & parcel weight)

Shipping Partners: BlueDart, DTDC, and other trusted logistics providers.

4. International Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier service.

  • You will receive the estimated shipping cost during checkout or via email/WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer directly to the courier.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email or WhatsApp message

  • A tracking number

  • A direct tracking link for real-time updates

If tracking details are not received within 2 days, please contact us for assistance.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:
